Leeds Rhinos will face Bradford Bulls at Cardiff's Millennium Magic Weekend, which kicks off engage Super League XVI with all teams facing each other under one roof over the course of the weekend of the 12th and 13th February. To get them ready to lock horns with the Bulls, new Head Coach Brian McDermott has arranged for them to get some tips from an expert on the subject! McDermott has come up with a novel way of cultivating team spirit as part of the club's pre-season training camp in North Yorkshire, sponsored by Arc Inspirations. The team will spend four days staying at a youth hostel, preparing meals for one another as well as taking part in various outdoor activities including mountain biking and walking. However, the most interesting part of the week will see the squad join local farmer Paul Brown to help run his farm. The squad will feed 400 sheep up on the moors before heading back down to the farm to put fresh bedding down and feed the herd of cattle including getting hands on with a couple of real life bulls. The squad will also be rebuilding a dry stone wall. Looking ahead to the trip McDermott said, "Pre-season has gone well and following the game at Crusaders last week we are happy with the progress the squad is making on the field.
